Margaret wide handwoven silk scarf

A wide handwoven silk scarf to enjoy and raise your spirits. I followed a similar process with the Margaret scarf as I did with Isabelle but this scarf does not have the defected double weave. Approximately 25 colours ranging from greens to reds are blended across the warp of this scarf. I then wove an intricate pattern using just one shuttle (much easier!) loaded with black silk. Look carefully and you will see how the design changes all the way down the scarf.

It’s a clever design from Janna van Leddon. I’m sure you will be wearing this wonderful silk scarf morning, noon and night!
